1 egg
cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1⅓ cup mashed fully ripened bananas
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
cup chopped walnuts &/or raisins, cranberries (stir these in flour mixture).

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray. Beat egg, dressing and bananas in large bowl with whisk until blended. Mix dry ingredients together. Add to banana mixture. Stir just enough to moisten. Bake 1 hour til toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
