1 lrg.can pinapple tidbits drained (save drained juice)
2 cups miniature marshmallows
cup sugar
1 well beaten egg
1 - 8 oz Cool Whip
1 tbsp. Flour
1 tbsp. white vinegar
3 cups chopped apples
1 - 2 cups dry roasted peanuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple(saving juice). Mix pineapple with marshmallows and leave in refridge overnight. In a sauce pan over med. Heat mix together and cook until thick the pineapple juice, sugar, flour,egg and vinegar. Cool and put in refridge overnight. Fold sauce and Cool Whip together. Add remaining ingredients. Chill 8 hours before serving.
