2 c sugar
2 tbsp flour (heaping)
1 tbsp cornmeal (heaping)
c melted margarine
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 eggs
c half and half
1 deep dish pie crust or 12" pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and cornmeal. Add melted margarine and mix well. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Add lemon juice and vanilla flavoring. Mix well. Add half and half and mix well. Pour into pie shell and cook for 65 minutes at 350.

I always moisten the rim of the pie shell with water to keep from over browning.
