1 lb lean Ground Beef
2-8oz cans Tomato Sauce (or 14 ½oz.can) or use Spaghetti Sauce(garlic/peppers) 16 oz.
1-8oz pkg. Cream Cheese(softened)
¼ cup Sour Cream
¼ cup chopped Green Pepper
1 tsp. Sugar
¼ tsp. Garlic powder
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 med Yellow Onion, chopped (½ c.)
4 cups uncooked Med. Noodles
1 cup cream style Cottage Cheese
⅓ cup sliced Green Onion or Sweet Onion
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¾ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper

In skillet brown beef with onions. Skim off fat. Stir in tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce, sugar, salt, garlic pwd. and pepper. Remove from heat. Meanwhile cook noodles as stated on pkg. Drain. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, chopped gr. peppers and green onions. Spread½ of the noodles in a l 1"x7"xl ½" sprayed baking dish. Top with a little of the meat sauce. Cover with the cheese mixture. Top with remaining noodles and remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake on moderate oven(350F) for 30 minutes.
