2 pkgs.(16 oz. each) of Frozen Mixed Veggies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp. butter
2 cups pulled bread

MORNAY SAUCE:
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Flour 1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Garlic powder
2 cups liquid from steaming veggies & Milk or Cream to make the 2 cups
½ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese Pinch of nutmeg & Thyme
2 tbsp. White Wine or Sherry

Steam Frozen Mixed Veggies in tightly covered pan with ¼ cup boiling water. Cook about 5 min. Drain saving liquid for sauce. Season hot veggies with salt, garlic powder or minced garlic and butter. Mix gently. Spread veggies in sprayed baking dish (2 qt.). Prepare sauce and pour over veggies in dish. Cover with pulled bread. Drizzle entire bread coat with 3 tbsp. melted butter. Sprinkle with more garlic powder. Bake in 350F preheated oven for abour 30-45 min.

MORNAY SAUCE:
Melt butter in pan and blend in flour. Add liquid gradually, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 5 min. to blend. Pour over veggies and finish instructions above.
