1 tbsp olive oil
3 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2 in slices
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 c balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat
2. Add zucchini; cook and stir 5-7 mins or until tender
3. Add garlic and salt; cook 1 min longer
4. Removed from pan. Add vinegar to same pan; bring to boil. Cook until reduced by half.
5. Add zucchini; toss to coat.
