Apple Dessert Recipe

4 cups sliced pared & cored Apples
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 Eggs
cup salad oil(or less)
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup chopped Walnuts or Pecans

1 cup Sugar
2 tbsp. softened Butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon.
Cut together to make crumbs. Set aside.

Mix apples and sugar in large bowl. Let stand a few minutes. Combine dry ingredients and mix into apples. Stir in beaten eggs, oil, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Pour into a greased & floured 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle top with crumb mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 50-60 minutes.
