Ingredients:  
3 cups chicken broth
1 tsp salt
dash of white pepper
1 green onion with green top
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. beat the eggs and set aside, chop the green onion and combine it with the eggs
2. bring to boil the chicken broth, add the salt and pepper
3. pour the egg mixture into the boiling broth and stir constantly with a fork until the eggs form shreds
