Ingredients:  
3 cups of water or soup broth
1 stalk of celery
1 medium onion
1 can of Chow Mein vegetables
2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can of chow mein noodles
2 tbsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
1. in a sauce pan bring the water or soup broth to a boil
2. Chop the onion and celery stalk and add to the boiled liquid.
3. cook for 15 minutes
4. add the chicken or turkey, drained can of chow mein vegetables and if water was used as a base add the beef bouillon cubes. If soup broth was used as a base skip the cubes.
5. cook everything for 10 minutes
5. in a small cup add the corn starch and some water to make a slurry.. Use the slurry to thicken the mixture.
6. serve over chow mein noodles with soy sauce on the side as a condiment

*** if you need to increase the recipe add a can of bean sprouts along with more onion and celery.
