Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 pieces of minute steak
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour for dredge
1 can beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper the pieces of minute steak. Dredge in flour and brown well on both sides in oil. Absorb grease with paper towel and place steak in crock pot. Mix the soups well and pour over steak. Cook on high for 4 hours. Mix a thickening using flour and water. I just guess at this, usually a couple of generous tbsp of flour and ⅓ c water. Stir gently into the crock pot. Turn crock pot to low at this point for about 20-30 minutes. This will make a nice gravy.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I serve with mashed potatoes and green beans. The steak is fork tender and the gravy is delicious.
