2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 tsp red wine vinegar
tsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp fresh chopped chives
tsp salt and tsp pepper
Wisk together first 3 ingredients then slowly add remaining place in fridge to chill

4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
2 Honeycrisp apples julienne cut or diced
- c thinly sliced red onion
6 oz of fresh spinach
6 oz of romaine lettuce
Toss Salad

Right before serving add dressing, toss and serve immediately.
