Ingredients:  
c melted butter (1 stick)
1 c sugar
2 tbsp self rising cornmeal mix
2 tbsp self rising flour
3 eggs lightly beaten
⅓ c buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Combine sugar, cornmeal and flour
Add eggs, buttermilk, butter and vanilla and stir until well blended
Pour into pie shell
Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until set
When done pie will feel firm to touch, not runny.
