300 dandelion head
Orange
Lemon
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash well then drain
Put dandelion heads in a pot with one L water
Slice one orange and one lemon place in pot. Cook for 1 hour and let sit overnight
Drain well you should have 5 cups juice
5 cups sugar and boil down till it thickens about 30 min rapped boil.
Put slice of lemon in jar fill jar with honey. Put jars in rolling boil bath for 10 min
