2 cups warm water
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 Tbsp instant rise yeast
White flour-4-5 cups

Directions:
Directions:
1. In medium size bowl add water, sugar, oil, yeast and 2 cups flour.
2. Mix well and add another cup of flour.
3. Knead and add small amounts of flour until dough is no longer sticky. Should be a smooth ball.
4. Cover with tea towel and let sit for 10- 15 minutes.
5. Punch down and roll out for pizza pan.
