Ingredients:
1 unbaked refrigerated pie crust
1/2 c - 1 c cooked leftover meat (bacon, ham, anything)
1/2 c - 1 c veggies (i.e. fresh bagged spinach, chopped tomato)
1 c shredded cheese (any kind)
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl add everything except the crust and parmesan and combine well. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until quiche is puffed and set, and top is beginning to brown. Let stand for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.

May serve with fresh fruit or a salad. This recipe is great because you can used up leftover meats and veggies and usually have most ingredients on hand.
