32 oz chicken broth
2/3 c ranch dressing
2 c shredded rotisserie chicken (store bought)
2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 package milk taco seasoning mix
1 14 oz package frozen corn (southwestern corn mix blend if can find)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a pot and place over medium-high heat and allow to come to a slow boil.
Reduce heat to low. Cover partially with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.
For the last 5 minutes of cooking time remove the lid and allow it to simmer. Remove the heat and let it set for 5 minutes before serving.

Yummy topped with crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado or fresh squeezed lime.
