1 c. flour
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
½ c. butter
1½ c. sugar
2 eggs
¼ c. flour
½ tsp. lemon juice
¾ tsp. salt
3 c. rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Cut flour, powdered sugar and butter together in a large bowl using two table knives.
Press into bottom and sides of a 7x11 inch dish.
Bake 15 min. at 350º

Mix remaining ingredients and pour into crust.
Bake at 350º for 35 min.
