4-6 chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. corn (use frozen)
2 (28 oz) cans green enchilada sauce
2 (15 oz) northern white beans
4 finely chopped garlic
1 small onion
7 oz diced green chiles
cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Cube cooked chicken breasts (I boil the chicken). Saute chopped onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add chopped cilantro to onion and garlic and cook on low for 1-2 minutes. Add all ingredients in pot and simmer for 1/2 hour. (I use a crock pot)
