Ingredients:  
6-8 pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 cups water
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
1 cup burgundy wine
1/4 cup ketchup
Dash hot sauce
1/ r tsp garlic salt
1 can tomatoes sauce
Dash of sugar
1 onion diced

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chops, fry in olive oil and butter, until chops are brown in both sides
Combine all ingredients together, mix well
Add pork chops to sauce
Pour dripping into the sauce, to give it a good flavor
Bake 3-4 hr on 350 degrees
Until pork chops are tender


Serve over rice
