Rosemary Tobin


Chicken, leg and thighs about 3-4 pieces per person
1 cup of flour
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp parkia
1/ 2 tsp garlic salt, salt and pepper
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 cup buttermilk

Salt and pepper chicken, put spices, flour and chicken in plastic bag
Shake to coat chicken,
Dip in buttermilk, flour, do twice.

Put crisco in electric skillet, get hot before
Frying chicken,
Fry chicken for about 45 min, turning to fry both sides
Until chicken is golden brown
