1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
c water
1 c uncooked white rice
1 lb. uncooked chicken breast, diced
1 12.6 oz forzen broccoli florets
Optional topping: c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish wish cooking spray.

Adding cream of chicken soup and water to the prepared dish. Whisk together until completely combined.

Stir in uncooked rice, uncooked chicken, and the frozen broccoli. Season with salt and pepper. Stir together.

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour, or until the liquid is absorbed, the rice is tender, and the chicken is cooked through. If desired, sprinkle the top of the casserole with cheddar cheese and return to the oven for a few more minutes, just until the cheese is melted.
