Personal Notes:
I know, when I read the original recipe I was also extremely confused, I mean bacon is delicious by itself, why add garlic? When I tried it though it was out of this world, but still felt like it was missing some things. For starters, the garlic wasn’t really roasted like it showed in the photograph that was attached to the original, and wasn’t really tender either... it was just a burnt mess. Secondly, while Bacon is amazing, it felt a bit lacking when added to garlic. Hence why I got the bright idea and dipped some of it in the hot sauce I was eating with my eggs, and found the missing element I was looking for. So when trying to improve this recipe I took both issues I saw in the recipe and tried to solve the issues. I found this rendering to be the most successful.

*if you don’t want to add hot sauce then just subtract both the oil and hot sauce from the recipe.
** This is also a great way to cook bacon in general, so if you just want good old fashion bacon, just follow steps 1, 3, and 5!
