3 1/2 c flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp almond extract
1 c butter
2 c sugar
4 eggs well beaten
1 c milk
1/2 c cocoa
1 tsp rum extract
2 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend almond and butter. Gradually add 1 1/2 c sugar until fluffy. Add beaten eggs a little at a time, beating well. Alternately add flour mixture (flour, baking powder and salt) and milk. Beat until smooth, but do not overbeat. Blend 1/2 c sugar, cocoa, rum extract and water and add to half of the batter. Layer batters alternately in a 10 inch greased tube pan. Cut through with knife to marble layers. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. Cool 15 min.
