4 eggs separated
1/2 c sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemon rind
1/4 tsp salt
1 c sour cream
1 c cottage cheese
1/4 c melted butter
fresh strawberries
sweetened whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar gradually beating well. Add flour, lemon juice, rind, salt, sour cream, cottage cheese and butter. Beat until almost smooth. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake in a slow oven at 300F for 1 hour or until set. Serve cool or well chilled topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
