Ingredients:

2 bunches of kale, washed and cut up
2 cans of chichen broth
1 cup water
6-7 potatoes, cubed
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 stick linguica- cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté linguica and onions in olive oil and a little bit of butter
In a large pot,
Add washed cut up kale to the pot
Add chicken broth, water and remaining ingredients
Minced garlic Italian seasoning

Cook on med heat until kale and potatoes
tender, about 30 - 45 minutes

Can use fava beans. instead of pinto beans

My grandmother use to grow the kale, and make at least once a
week, she always used the fave beans
