3 libs stew meat, cut in small pieces
4 qts water
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
2 med onions, chopped
1/4 cup parsley
2. Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 pkg Italian seasoning
2 carrots, sliced
2 cups celery, chopped
4 cups macaroni, uncooked
2 pkg frozen Italian green beans or mixed vegetables
2 cups frozen peas
1 can kidney beans, undrained
Parmesan cheese
1 cup red wine

Cut up stew meat In Small pieces
Put in plastic bag with flour to coat
Combine all ingredients, put in crock pot
Cook on low all day
Add Parmesan cheese to top

When done put in bowls, serve hot
Serve with corn bread 🍞
