4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
2-3 heaping spoonfuls chicken broth
3 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 ½ pkgs Ritz crackers
½ c. butter
3 T. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°. Lay chicken in bottom of pan. Heat together sour cream, soup, and broth and pour over chicken. Crunch crackers and mix with melted butter and poppy seeds. Layer on top of all and bake for 30-40 minutes. If the top begins to get too brown then cover with foil the last 15 minutes.
