2 c sugar
4 squares chocolate
¾ c milk
2 T butter
1 t vanilla
pinch salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, salt, milk and chocolate slowly. Cook until chocolate melts. Cook, without stirring, until soft ball stage (236º). Remove. Add butter and let stand until cool without stirring. Add vanilla. Beat to thicken. I usually 1½ or 2x this.
