1 whole-wheat pita
1 T. barbecue sauce
1 portion cooked chicken (about 4 oz.), cubed
1 slice red onion, diced
2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped (or tsp. dried rosemary) or 2 tsp. fresh cilantro
c. reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425˚

Place pita on a baking sheet and spoon barbecue sauce evenly over the pita. Top with chicken, onions, rosemary (or cilantro) and cheese.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted, the pizza is heated through and the pita crisp.
