10-15 lb. pork shoulder
1 T. minced garlic
1 T. smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ qt. white vinegar
1 ½ c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slow cook pork shoulder (I buy at Costco). Add salt, pepper and garlic. Slow cook for 4-5 hours till fall apart. Separate the juice, but retain it. Then pull meat apart with a fork till fully shredded. Add vinegar and pour back juices. Add brown sugar and smoked Paprika (buy it at Costco). Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with bbq sauce and coleslaw
