2 small packages cranberry or red raspberry jelly
1 c boiling water
¼ c cold water
1 c fresh cranberries, ground
1 orange, seeded and ground
1 apple, cored and finely chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c pecans, toasted and chopped
1¼ c sugar

Dissolve the Jello with the boiling water and add cold water and chill. Mix remaining ingredients and fold into chilled Jello. Chill until set.

As far as I know, Mom never wrote her recipe for Cranberry Salad down. I think it was just cranberries, oranges, and Jello. This version is from the Tennessee Homecoming Cookbook.
