1 loaf sliced white bread
½ cup butter or margarine
1 chopped onion
4 stalks of chopped celery
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Let bread slices air for 1 to 2 hours, then cut into cubes and place in a large bowl.
2. In a medium sized pot, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Cook onion and celery until soft. Pour over bread cubes until evenly coated. Season with poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Moisten with chicken broth; mix well.
3. Chill, and use as a stuffing for turkey, or bake in a buttered casserole dish at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes.

This is one of my favourite recipes because we always have it at Thanksgiving and Christmas, which is the time that I am surrounded by my family. The next day I like to eat it in a sandwich with turkey and cranberries because it is very delicious.
