6 cups milk
8 eggs
¾ cup butter
package large macaroni noodles
1lb ground beef
grated Ramona cheese
1 onion chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk by heating on medium heat until white film forms on top. Add butter and heat until melted. Remove from heat and let cool. Brown ground beef and onion and drain fat. Beat eggs and add to cooled milk mixture. Cook pasta according to directions adding a little oil to prevent sticking. Drain hot water and add cold to prevent noodles from collapsing. Butter a 9 X 13 pan and layer meat, cheese, salt and pepper and noodles three times. End with a little meat and cheese on top. Spoon milk mixture carefully over casserole and bake at 350° until brown, approximately 45 minutes.
