2 eggplants sliced thick
4 large russet potatoes, peeled & sliced thick
2 lbs hamburger meat
1 chopped onion
15 oz + 8 oz tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Layer eggplant slices in colander and salt each slice well. Let set all day to drain. Rinse eggplant well and squeeze liquid out of eggplant. Open eggplant up and brown in olive oil. Fry hamburger and onion, drain oil and cook until brown. Add tomato sauce and cook until sauce looks brown. Layer three times eggplant, potato, and meat sauce. Cook at 350 until potatoes are done.
