1lb skinless chichen breast 🐓
1 can corn 🌽 drained
1 can diced tomatoes with the juice
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can diced Ortega chillis
1. White onion chopped
1 /2 bunch cilantro chopped
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chill powder
1. tsp salt
1;2 pkg Italian seasoning
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt and pepper
1can chicken broth

Place washed chicken 🐓 breast in bottom of Crock pot and add rest of ingredients
Cook 6-7 hrs on high
Transfer chicken to plate and shred, return to pot to continue to cook about 30 -45 minutes
Serve with fresh French bread
