Blueberry Cake Recipe

1 1/2 cups of cake flour
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 tspn. Salt
1 1/2 cups of blueberries 1 stick of margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 tspn. baking powder
1/2 tspn. Vanilla

Beat: sugar, margarine, egg yolks, salt, baking powder, vanilla and 1/4 of the flour.
Then add 1/2 of the milk and 1/2 of the remaining flour.
Add the rest of the flour and milk.
Whip egg whites separately and then mix in.
Add floured blueberries.
Pour in greased and floured nesting pan.

Bake at 350 for 35 Minutes
