Salad:
3/4 lb. Macaroni, cooked
2 ears Corn on the cob, sliced off the cob
1/2 cup Sliced Black Olives
1 15 oz can of Black Beans, drained and rinsed
2 large Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup Red or sweet onions, diced
Green onions
Chives
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated

Dressing:
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup of Sour cream
1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt/Pepper to taste
Dash of Tabasco Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Pour dressing on salad, refrigerate and serve.
