Ingredients:  
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 cup chopped spinach (1 small pkg. frozen)
1 can tender chunk ham, flaked
1 cup half and half
2 tspns flour
2 slices Swiss cheese (7x4 inches)
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (10 oz)
3 eggs beaten
1/2 tspn salt
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place Swiss cheese slices in unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with spinach and mushrooms.
Mix eggs, half and half, salt, flour;
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle evenly with ham and then cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350º for 45 Minutes
