4 or 5 potatoes
Garlic powder
1 block mild cheddar cheese
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes, cut into chunks and boil.
Drain.
In casserole dish, layer potatoes in bottom.
Cut thick slices of cheese and layer on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle generously with garlic powder.
Cut slices of butter or margarine and layer on top.
Continue layering potatoes, garlic, and butter or margarine until potatoes are gone.

Place in oven at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese and butter are melted and bubbly. You can also microwave on high.
