Make a well in center of flour in bowl, add egg.
Whisk together while adding creamer and then milk, until smooth.
Add nutmeg and vanilla.
Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
Spray non-stick fry pan with vegetable oil (2 times). Spoon enough batter to form thin layer in pan (3 Tbspns)
Cook for 2 minutes until firm, flip and cook other side until light brown.
Continue and stack crepes between wax paper.
Filling: Combine orange juice, liqueur, peaches and honey in fry pan.
Cook about 10 minutes until thick.
Assemble: lay crepe on plate, Mound 1/3 of peach slices on bottom half of each and flip the top half over. Spoon 1 Tbspn of peach syrup over each crepe and dust with cinnamon and orange zest.
