Boneless Chicken Breasts
Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Small package of frozen broccoli
Pepperidge farm stuffing mix

Make a layer of stuffing mix (uncooked) on bottom of pan.
Layer broccoli on top.
Layer cheese on top of broccoli.
Cut chicken into large pieces.
Mix mushroom soup and 1 cup of milk together.
Pour over chicken.
Melt 3/4 stick of butter and mix with stuffing mix.
Sprinkle over top of soup mix.

Bake at 350 for 45 Minutes
Serve with rice
