16 cups flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups scaled 🥛
16 eggs 🥚
2 cubes butter
1tsp salt
6 pks dry rapid yeast
1cup warm water
1. Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 can crisco

Scald the milk 🥛 take off of stove add 2 cubes of butter
To the hot milk, the butter will melt in the milk.
Let cool to Luke warm,
In large bowl , add yeast, warm water , flour and sugar
Let rise til triple in size.
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar and salt to
Egg mixture until well beaten.
Add cooled milk and butter mixture to eggs.
Add yeast and continue to beat until mixed well.
Put flour in large pan big enough to mix and rise in
the same pan.
Pour egg mixture into flour. Mix with your hands
Kneed for about 5 min. Put in warm place cover with
Blanket let rise until double in size punch down 1 time
Time let rise again til double in size.
Empty can of crisco in electric skillet , at 350 degrees
When pan is hot , put water in a bowl to dip your hands
In to pull dough apart to form donuts 🍩
Drop in hot oil.
Fry donuts 1-2 minutes on each side, or til golden brown.
Remove from hot oil place on paper towel to drain excess
Grease.
Dip in sugar to coat
Serve warm

Can be cut in half to make less. This recipe makes a lot
Of donuts.
Very good. Also heat left over donuts in microwave for
