Garden Chicken Bake Recipe

3 TBspns butter
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
8 oz. can of peas, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pkg of refrigerator biscuits (6)
3 Tbspns flour
2 cups cooked chicken
2 medium carrots, cooked and sliced
3/4 tspn salt

Melt butter, blend in flour.
Add chicken broth, cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add chicken, peas, carrots, onion and salt, heat till bubbly.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Slice biscuits into quarters, place rounded side down in a circle on top of the chicken mixture.

Bake at 425 for 8-10 Minutes
