Mary Kelly

3 packages Red, Orange Green Jello
1 cup Pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 package of Gelatin
1/2 pint heavy cream
1 tspn vanilla

Make jello using 1 1/2 cup hot water to each package.
Pour into greased pans - chill.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Heat pineapple juice.
Add gelatin to pineapple juice, cool.
Whip cream - add sugar and vanilla.
Fold in gelatin mixture. Cube jello - add.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Sprinkle crumbs on top - chill
This looks wonderful when cut - I use a spring pan so it is free standing.
I have also used a glass dish.
