1 - 1 1/2 lbs red steak or stew beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 cup water
Salt
2 tablespoons flour
3 oz. mushrooms
1 medium garlic clove crushed
1/2 cup sherry
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into bite size pieces.
Dredge in flour, brown.
Combine rest of ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer till tender (about 1 hour)
Serve over rice
