Macaroni Salad Recipe

1 lb macaroni (or baby sea shells)
1/2 cup carrots, finely grated
6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 pint miracle whip
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup vinegar
2 Tbspn prepared mustard

Cook macaroni as directed, drain, and cool.
Set aside 1 hard cooked egg; then stir together gently the cooked macaroni, celery, carrots, onion, and remaining eggs.

Dressing: blend Miracle Whip, vinegar, sugar, and mustard together.
Fold into macaroni salad mixture.
Garnish with 1 hard cooked egg and paprika.
