3 cups bologna cut in strips
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbspns chopped parsley
2 tspns dried dill leaves
10 cups sliced potatoes, cooked
2 cups chopped onion
2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup shredded carrots
2 TBspns vinegar
1/2 tspn pepper
3 hard boiled eggs

In large skillet, brown bologna.
Cook onion till tender.
Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT potatoes and eggs.
In two 2 quart casseroles, layer sauce and potatoes.

Bake at 400 for 20 Minutes
Garnish with eggs and parsley.

This is great, never have any leftovers!
