Janet Sullivan

1 lb mushrooms
1/2 -1/3 can black olives (crushed)
3 cloves garlic (diced "very" small)
1/4 stick butter or margarine
1/2 tspn oregano, sage and parsley
1 stalk celery (diced small)
1 large onion (diced small)
1 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop well.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add all vegetables in groups, sectioned off in the pan.
Cook until looks sort of dry.
Add the bread crumbs and toss together into a good thick mixture. (You may need more or less crumbs) Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all and then stuff the clean mushroom caps.
Place on sheet pan and bake.
May want to sprinkle more bread crumbs on top before baking.
Bake at 275 for 20 Minutes
