1 9" pie crust
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 TBspn flour
1 can (17 oz.) cream style sweet corn
Dash cayenne 7 slices bacon
1 cup chopped onion
3 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Dash fresh-ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prick sides and bottom of pie shell.
Bake at 450 for 8 minutes.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Remove, drain and crumble.
Saute onion in 1 Tbspn bacon drippings until tender.
Toss crumbled bacon and cheese with flour; sprinkle evenly in shell.
Blend eggs with onion, corn, milk, pepper and cayenne.
Pour over bacon and cheese.

Bake 350º for 50 Minutes

Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
