1 box (16 oz) Mostaccioli Rigati #86
2 medium onions chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup red wine
2 tspns salt
8 oz. Grated mozzarella cheese
3 lbs ground beef (lean)
1 lb fresh sliced mushrooms
1 quart spaghetti sauce
2 tspns oregano
1 tspn pepper
Sour cream(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, reduce cooking time to 5 minutes and drain.
Saute beef and onion until browned, drain.
Add mushrooms and garlic, cook 4 more minutes.
Combine meat, sauce wine, spices.
Add pasta and mix.
Pour into greased large rectangle pan.
Sprinkle cheese over it.

Cover and bake at 350 for 35-45 Minutes

Add 1 Tbspn sour cream atop each serving for an extra nice flavor.
